Could you please tell me the difference in meaning between A and B below?

 A. I worked as a website developer in ABC University. My responsibilities included administering an online bulletin board for international students.

 B. I worked as a website developer in ABC University. My responsibilities included administering an online bulletin board for the international students.

Hi

With the use of "the" there's an implication that the bulletin board was for the international students that attend ABC University, whereas without "the" it could mean any international students, anywhere.

By the way, it's more natural to say "at ABC University" than "in".
